I saw a white and brown snake sitting on me while I was lying on the bed. I wasn't as much scared as I was supposed to be. I thought okay I just have to stay still and my father will grab it. The snake was not aggressive but it stayed above my head for quite long. And after my dad caught the snake he kept it in a bag which had one more snake which was grey in colour. So I and my brother decided to call a snake charmer to see what was going on.
Dreams about snakes can have various interpretations, depending on the emotions, experiences, and cultural beliefs of the dreamer. Here’s a breakdown of some of the symbols in your dream:
Snakes: Generally, snakes can symbolize transformation, healing, or hidden fears. They can also represent feelings of danger or anxiety. In your dream, the presence of a white and brown snake, which was calm and non-aggressive, might indicate that you are facing a situation in your life that seems threatening but is actually manageable. The color white often represents purity or clarity, while brown can signify stability or grounding.
Being Still: Your decision to stay still and wait for your father suggests a sense of trust and patience. It may imply that you are in a situation where you feel the need to remain calm and collected rather than react impulsively.
Father Figure: Your father taking action by catching the snake could symbolize protection, support, or authority in your life. This might indicate that you are looking for guidance or help in a challenging situation.
Multiple Snakes: The presence of a second, grey snake adds complexity. Grey can be associated with ambiguity or uncertainty. The fact that both snakes were contained in a bag might represent issues or concerns that you feel are being contained or controlled, but still require attention.
Calling a Snake Charmer: Seeking a snake charmer signifies a desire for resolution, understanding, or help in dealing with complicated emotions or situations. It may reflect your need for clarity or assistance in navigating challenges.
In summary, this dream could be interpreted as a reflection of your current emotional landscape, highlighting themes of trust, support, and the handling of fears or uncertainties. It suggests a recognition of issues that you may feel are manageable but are still seeking guidance to deal with. Consider how these elements relate to your waking life and any challenges you might be facing.
